Klopp needs to address the mentality of failure that is in the very woodwork of Anfield.
The whole place has become a palace of failure so he has to do stuff like this as well as buy new players -

It sounds like it was a shit game, Klopp is trying to foster a decent spirit between the team and the fans. It sounds like, maybe he thought the team should go and "appreciate" the fans for watching, supporting, and paying. Reminding the team who they play for.
Rather than doing stupid mind games like "i have three envelopes in my hand, one of them is magic".
