I am totally certain that I'm being an idiot and he has the FSA rings. I now recall he was wanting to buy a 50/34. Sorry.

Few weeks ago yeah, was the first one of the winter series I think.

Basically all the racing I do, so can't complain really.

Yet, I know what you’re thinking: SLAM THAT STEM. Well, ya know what? When ex-pros leave the peloton, spacers magically appear under their stems, which also shrink in length, sometimes up to 3cm. I too was amazed at the transformation this bicycle seemed to go through. It’s like, life for Ted was about to get more fun.

Fewer spacers and #flipthatstem would be the 'tester approved' way of doing things.

Also, what big bike...?

Surely that's a mistake!?
I'll take 2!
Probably receive an email on Boxing Day saying 'sorry, we made a mistake'... -

It's the Black Inc. frameset. No idea how well that would have sold - probably not well - maybe they bought a job lot from somewhere cheap now the CAAD12 is out and all disc'd up.

If it had mudguard mounts I'd be cancelling my order on a Genesis equilibrium disc and be buying that. I'm kinda ashamed that mudguard mounts is what's stopping me.

I know its CAAD and everything but its not a great road disc brake bike. Its a road bike with disc brakes stuck on.
This is a better deal:

True but I suppose in most ways that's all a road disc frame is? Otherwise it's not a road frame really? But I get what you mean, it's just had disc mounts added rather than a new frame designed. Bb30 puts me off as well. Although the praxis bb30 to shimano I have in my caad10 has been perfect for the last 8 months, but does cost £50...

Happy with CAAD10 road bike, its been refined over the years and is perfect. Disc caad10 however is not.
Proper road disc bikes: R3 disc, Domane Disc, Genesis Datum, Focus Izalco and Cayo disc etc. Made around disc brakes rather than other way. Have all the latest tech (flat mount, thru axle etc).
I dont own/want one but disc game atm is about standards and whoever has the latest (UCI) is the winner.
TL;DR: Road discs are still not 'there' yet and that frame is ancient.
I have a new 50/34, and to be certain it is the one piece chainring?
