Cover was an eBay job bought by @Ordinata - he stuck the sugino logos on.
I built the wheel with a quando disc hub & DIY spacers
The& disc cog was made by Chris bell/highpath (I think it was just a Shimano hg 20T cog drilled to fit.

What cover is that? Looks convincing from this angle. Also is that a bolt on cog on a disc brake hub?
