you might want to consider hand built, just as a for-instance Shimano M8000 hubs, DT Comp spokes and DT M520 rims come to a total of about £140 leaving plenty in your budget to get somebody else to build them for you.
You've either misunderstood my use of "attractive" or you're trying to be funny, I wasn't making an aesthetic judgement about Cosine wheels.
I've always cared about form with function. Have you not seen my top caps? An OTP cap and a spacer would work just as well, but I wanted pretty :-)
