I think it crashed. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Is it a British shorthair? Looks like a nice "blue" fur.

So, we got the cats a tiny chair.

I think my cat sometimes looks a lot like a person in a cat costume...

Has anyone used a cattery in the London area? I'm going to Oxford and the North West over Christmas and I don't think Tesla would enjoy the journey, the chihuahua cross and pugs, not to mention the rival cats that those trips would entail.
Best case scenario is seeing if the neighbours can be of assistance, but failing that Christmas in the workhouse might be the only option.

She's pretty good at travelling- just wants to sit on (not the drivers!) lap.
However I hear you on the other dogs and cats aspect.

You could try this site: https://catinaflat.com/
It's a bit like Gumtree but for catsitting. You moved to the middle of nowhere, didn't you? Too far for forumengers?

Forest Gate.
It's not that far!

This is my Cousins business, she is based in Leytonstone, which I think from the owning your own home thread is near you?

Our vet (Hills in Crouch End) has someone local who cares for ours (at home) when we are away.
Check with yours (there will probably be ads for cat-sitting in surgery too).
A few pounds a day.

I'm away for 2.5 weeks over Xmas and NY so mine is going my Mum's farm. I've got a strange feeling she's going to lose him. Paranoia...

You cannot have both tree and cat. It's one or the other.
We've resigned ourselves to this fact now.

This ^^^ last year we bought a little pot tree they still managed to try and climb it.

Yeah, we have a small one we put on a coffee table and every day I get home from work to find that they've pushed it on to the floor.

One year one of our cats had its kittens under the tree.
Whoever you use, try to get them to use as unscented a shampoo as possible so James doesn't get freaked out. Jelly couldn't stand the smell of Mogget when he was washed/shaved. We thought it was just because he looked ridiculous but she would hiss at us if we had just been petting him.
