  • I ride and "gym out" 5 times a week. Been a Vegan longer than I care to remember. My primary source of protein are super pea and rice protein isolate from Bulk Powders. I either just drink shakes or make "protein bars" (dates, prunes, dark chocolate blended with protein powder). Only cos I'm too lazy to cook properly and most of the time I'm stuck on a mono-diet composed of banana and peanut smoothies.

  • This is what I was hoping to hear from someone, sounds good I am unsure whether I should go full out vegan straight away, or if I should go veggie first, watching the animal products I eat and then see if i will be ready to give the transition to vegan a try...

    What did you guys do?
