Of course, if there wasn't they'd all have necks like David Coulthard, to help combat the fatigue.

Maybe raam. For sure not adventure racing.
Though I heard stories of raam racers being injected with vitamins and having their blood spun to see what they needed vitamin wise. So I'd hope so. They clearly don't have a no needly policiy.
