Have a few random bits to clearout, so I'll use the opportunity to try to lure people to West's Christmas drinks , so the strong preference is for handover at the Grand Junction Arms, sometime 6:30-8.
Most will be free, some I wouldn't mind getting a swap for, so bring something else you have that is marginally useful to trade ;) Dibs is useful so I know what to bring, but I won't save things for after drinks, so whoever turns up there will have right of first refusal.
Free bits
Santa's Moustache (bars). I have a few of these - the scratched one can go free but I might want a trade for the nicer ones. They are quite narrow, and not like any other bars I've ridden with.
quill stem adapter for 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" - if you are wondering if this is the size you need, it probably isn't. I bought it by accident, and have never used it. Because it doesn't fit anything sensible you would want to use it for.
another seemingly useless item?! not sure I have seen any 1 1/8" threaded forks anytime in the last decade (maybe for MTB), but I've got 2 headsets for that inevitable crisis of finding such forks, so I reckon I can spare one!
random quill stem fits 1" forks and normal (not OS) bars. (Sierra Nevada not included)
old school pedals with reflectors - can't make out any details.
gel saddle-cover thing, supposedly for the laydeez - not sure why, as I am told it is about as comfortable as cycling on a waterbed.
Secret Santa Swap items
I am willing to trade most of these for items of similar value - I had in mind the £5 secret santa spending limit for those of us who work in that kind of dreary office environment ;)
Santa's little helper 3TTT forgie stem, I can't remember exactly but I think it's 130mm. Never used or even fitted. Just didn't feel appropriate.
BNIB Subrosa transparent charcoal grips (would happily trade for used track grips)
Lyotard pedals - one end cap missing
BNIB Bell ladies helmet
Selle San Marco ProVIP L? unused
rubbery saddle with 25.4 seatpost
Also have a couple of strange huge saddles, which I can't imagine being of use to anyone (except in a post-operative or therapeutic capacity?) but I would happily trade them:
As stated before, first refusal goes to those who will be at West beers tomorrow, but dibs if you want something in particular, so I am sure to bring it (may not bother with bars otherwise). Hoping this will drum up some interest in swapping bits (looking at you @hamrack@ChewyCheeks@fasih ).
found a few other bits I don't think I need...

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
