58cm or bigger
would probably replace downbar so not interested in fancy lever shifters
depending on quality of components and bike, budget up to £400???

I have a 60cm 1990 Royal (the black frame with silver headtube one) in sound used condition with new mudguards, chain, block, schwalbe marathon supreme tyres. £270. Not in London so would need to post. Let me know.
