Doesn't sarcasm only work as a response to a comment made by another as distinct from a response to your own point. ie you stated long was problematic and nobody said short was.
Sarcasm isn't the lowest form of wit - it is the highest but not when used against an point that wasn't contested.
Where us your Boxing day event out of interest - tt? Club or open ? Sounds fun if people use lo pros.

Why did you make a terrible blunder ?- I presume you chose to cut them because that suited you .
What carnage did you survive? Didn't you suggest longer was more prone to slipping ergo cut down would be safer?
