Its a Dutch Bio-racer
they used to make race and track frames back in the 80 90's
nowadays they make cycling clothes
and are still sponsor of the Dutch natinal team

Cheers, that's interesting... I ask because the extensions and lug clusters really looks like the ones on my De Rosa!

and to an extent, this MX Leader too, which I've been lusting after for ages.
