Cooked for 12 people on Friday. Let it boil for 5 hours. Went down very well.

Glad you liked it!

Did sea bass with mixed herbs in salt and IPA crust, again. This time I added more citrus flavor in the form of lemon zest in the belly and in the crust as well as orange slices between skin and salt crust. Win.
