I used a lot of electric tape and cut them thinly to cover the cables and at the same time, stick the cables to the frame. Was thinking of drilling the frame, but if I know myself, this frame wont last me more than a year so decided against it so I can resell it again.
If you look closely on the downtube, there's a hint of black tape underneath it. ^_^the RD cable is hidden from the inside of the chainstay.
