frame is still coming to me from the US, thats why some information is not available. Seller says that the frame was purchased in 1980's. he is sure it is a Panasonic made in Japan frame. The frame originally had a very low quality fork . The original color was black with white decals.
PS: I think this is it - Panasonic Single Track Frame FPC16 or something like this
