Velo Vitality stock Honjo in the UK now, but they are quite pricey.
I had the VO guards for a while, they were good but I also cracked the rear one, fit was ok but not perfect due to the long campag style dropouts and the need to occasionally remove the wheel without unbolting the guards entirely.
Don't own the bike anymore so it's not longer a problem but yes, it was a combination of running big tyres, trying to get even clearance around the tyre and having to space the guard away from the mount at the chainstay/bbshell so it didn't rest against the seat tube
