Identify my SBDU Raleigh ' Chesini' ??

Hey guys
a while ago i found this "Chesini" trackframe in Holland.
When i saw the frame i saw direct its not a Chesini..
I have been told this is a Raleigh frame and by looking on the bottom bracket it looks like an SBDU team bike…But is has not the SB letters.
Also i have been told that probally this frame has been made by Dutch frame builder Jan le Grand.. ( note the typical seatstays )
Can anyone help me identify her ?

Tom Simpson rode for Peugeot and outwardly he rode a 'Peugeot' but really he was riding something else...merely badged Peugeot and perhaps this is the same.
