I've come a bit unstuck trying to work out how to get the chain off one of my bikes - it's campagnolo C9 (everything else I have is shimano). Despite looking for a hollow rivet to punch out for about 15 minutes it seems all of the links are flat. Do I just pick one and get the chain-breaker on it, or is there something I'm missing? I can upload a picture later if anyone wants to see the links, ta.
