Sram X9 10 speed rear mech .. are there 2 versions? one with cage lock and one without?

if by cage lock you mean clutch, yeah, sram call it type 2 or type 2.1

hmm whats the best way to get a rear wheel out with ultra high tensioned rear mech like the X9 without cage lock then?
