No real big back story. He goes to japan and picks some of these up at swap meets. He had a bike shop but is in the process of moving it, so these are all in storage right now. He had the laser that /u/p4lm3r has now. Super nice guy.

Maybe hunt down a 650c Campag' rim

Araya Aero 4 650/700 rims laced up to DA 7600 would be nice but they are tubs. You also have the Araya super aero 650c that was clinchers.
