You want an eyelet, there are many kinds, either crimp-on or solder fitting. Start your exploration here:

OT question. I picked up a pair of Leak Sandwich speakers in a charity shop. They have an amazing sound. But I'm trying to find a system to connect the speaker cable/wire to the simple screw at the back of the speaker - I'm losing half my wire when I screw it down. Is there a connector anywhere that has a wire clamp and round metal washer like on a battery terminal? Cheers. Links appreciated.
