Actually yeah, four days is too short, I'd agree. Especially if those include your travel days.
I had five full days here excluding travel days and I wouldn't have wanted much shorter, although being super unfit I needed a rest day!
Maybe go somewhere in the UK that would be better for riding, but then if the weather's shit you're probably going to get bored...

Oddly enough, flights aren't too expensive coming back into the UK.
Journey times to anywhere that might be considered "winter sun" make a four day trip not much point though.
Kent & Surrey Hills it is then.
