The best way to win against ISIS it would be to parachute computers with a social network innit, starting an epidemic of retardness due to the addiction, and lost of touch with reality.
That will make them sedated and happy with their miserable life and obviously more vulnerable in the event of catching bombs on their heads.
Then if we want save some money launching less bombs and invest the rest on social justice it may became more possible and cool to debate about it.
