I think I'm just going to take the plunge and get the ricoh. I have no important work I need doing over the holidays so if it doesn't work out its not a problem. Worse comes to worse I'll have spare funds from selling the 5D to try something else.
Last call for my gear before it goes to Mpb:
5Diii -£1100
Canon 50 1.4 - £150
Canon 28 2.8 (newest one) - £200
Would love a Leica M but out of my price range. Really considered the Sony a7 but could really decide whether I liked it or not.
What really draws me to the Ricoh is its small size, can easily go in my pocket. I understand that it will be different but my current uses aren't very demanding, the majority is recording and documenting project work at uni. With the occasional street shooting session.
Is it worth considering the x100s/t too? Always heard good things about these.
