Same. I've lost confidence after my accident to the extent that I've completely changed my bike and set up. I've fallen off in the rain and ice on 23mm lots of times, but not significantly hurt myself. I don't want to risk breaking anything again now as it's really no fun at all for lots of different reasons.
I've gone from a 48x19 fixed gear with a front rim brake on 23mm tyres to SRAM Rival, disc brakes and 35mm tyres. Makes a world of difference. I've also got a rack and full mudguards. Maybe I'm just getting old!
