Just moved house;
Which is great but my daily 24mile round trip commute which i was comfortable with and love has now become a 34 mile slog.
Is this to far or will i get used to it?
Im riding with gears and drinking water, hints or tips welcome.
I get tired by weds or Thursday night on my similar distance commute. I have started having a protein shake for recovery in the mornings and it seems to help me get through the week and ride or run at weekends.
Once you get in the swing it's pretty easy to manage though.
