True dat. Perhaps should have said 'for a Labour/Corbyn supporter'.
-
• #38028
My hate for Tory scum, and by extension their enablers, is merely a reflection of the contempt they have for those they deem unworthy of their already limited largesse. In the past few years I've seen my brother's disability benefits all but evaporate as part of a government policy that deems his condition and the support networks that make his life tolerable, less than worthy of their continued support.
Vote Tory? I hope you fucking suffer the same way the people you condemn to a life of insecurity, humiliation and misery do every day as a result of your myopic self interest. You deserve it far more than most.
Now fuck off forever you tiresome cunt.
-
• #38029
You know you're not helping @greenhell ?
You and your brother's situation is the sort of thing that people need to know about, that if you explained patiently to some Conservatives you might have a chance of them understanding, sympathising and changing their voting position.
Some are cunts that won't be changed, but some aren't. They learned their views from somewhere, they can just as easily unlearn them, but they won't if you just shout swear words at them.
-
• #38030
Totally agree - that's all I've ever said on this thread. Move away from the abuse and change people's minds through reasoned debate. Calling people cunts is only ever going to strengthen their resolve to vote against whatever it is you're screaming at them for. Unfortunately whenever you try to bring that line of reasoning up, it just gets met with a shitload more abuse - you're Tory scum/sympathising or whatever. Nothing's going to change like that.
-
• #38031
change your own fucking mind. you're an adult, educate yourself.
-
• #38032
If you've been alive and living in the UK for the past 35 years then you should've worked out that all Tories are cunts by now.

The Tories are a pyramidal organisation which win better thanks also to not having traitors and cretins
Come on. What does that even mean? Basically all large organisations are pyramids of one sort of the other. Political parties are no different. Also fwiw pretty sure that analysis of Labour and Conservative cabinets over the last century actually shows that the Labour cabinets have been much more dictatorial than Conservative ones. Even Thatcher would side with her cabinet, just look at her downfall vs Brown's

Being called a cunt on lfgss really shouldn't be something that comes into your head when you enter the polling booth
-
• #38035
especially not by an armchair lefty cunt like me.

• #38036
hey ho, in far more important other news - Bully enabler, shapeshifting arsemongler and serial incompetent grant shapps has resigned - no word on michael green's position.
all to protect dish-face's top chum lord feldman it would seem.
rotten. all the way down.

• #38037
No of course not - but that's the point no? Being called a cunt/scum is entirely forgettable. Hearing/reading accounts and discussions about how current policies are causing real harm and the alternatives proposed by other parties can really stay with you and are what you should be considering when heading to the polling booth.

Yet you seem to really be focusing on it.
In other news, it seems that some sort of good faith has been created by the murder of over a hundred people in Paris, and a climate deal appears likely. Huh.
-
• #38039
Actually, that news must be making conspiracy theorists lose their shit right now.

STV isn't proportional representation, it's just a fairer type of "winner-takes-all" system than FPTP.

"Interior Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Mansour al-Turki justified the use of capital punishments such as beheadings in the kingdom by saying the country's Shariah-based legal system ensures fairness. "ISIS has no legitimate way to decide to decide to kill people," Al-Turki said, adding that "the difference is clear.""

Calling people cunts is only ever going to strengthen their resolve to vote / argue / campaign / fight against whatever it is you're screaming at them for.
Exactly this. On the upside though, it is quick and requires no effort.

• #38044
Yet you seem to really be focusing on it.
I think he's doing a very good job of remaining reasonable and not rising to it. Would rep.

Christ you're a basic bitch.

All these right-thinking worthy of putting effort only for the purpose to appear to themselves as cool and thoughtful, without then having a proper defined position, are the worst scum of this era, and the most responsible for all the evil produced by the ones that they help to reach the power.
They don't give me the nausea, they are the nausea.
-
• #38047
I think that's a bit strong.
-
• #38048
No, actually very soft and merciful compared to the consequences produced by those I'm referring to.

I see your point, but I think it is PR in that seats are distributed according to share of the vote.

^Yes, basically, there is freedom of choice for things like that, not like for the Tories where instead it's compulsory.
The Tories are a pyramidal organisation which win better thanks also to not having traitors and cretins, they are also very good in let their own shoes being polished by the so called soft left.
It's a matter of gradient, the only real problem.
