Finally got around to getting an x-ray after crashing a week ago on holiday in Utrecht when my tyres must have slipped on a wet grill. Turns out I've chipped my radial head so off the bike for a while :-(
I've always cycled with slick Gatorskin tyres but now I am wondering if I get something with more tread, at least for the winters as it's always been a fear of mine slipping on wet leaves or metal grills.
