There have been remarkably few cases of photojournalists getting caught out and agencies and newspapers are actually really, really strict about it. There's no reason to think it is routinely happening. McCullin is 80 and set in his ways. He'd fit right in over on the other photography thread. I imagine all the photographers whose integrity he is impugning will forgive him because of what he has achieved.
