We're bringing both our daughters up with gender neutrality to the fore. The eldest is now obsessed with Hello Kitty and Disney Princesses, despite active discouragement from her parents.
She wants a bike for her fourth birthday, the main criteria is that it must be pink. (It isn't, it's spotty but that'll do it seems).
