  • Longish intervals on turbo (i.e. 30 mins or so) - how do you hold off the boredom?

    Am planning on a long-ish session later as opposed to going outdoors and mucking about in traffic getting out of Crystal Palace, but my Eurosport recordings are running low and haven't had a chance to mix up my mp3 player for a bit, so need all the tips i can get!

    Music. Whatever music you can completely zone out to.

    For me it's either trance or big orchestral film scores. Personal though innit.
