Swiss time services all day long . Bit more in line with the manufacturers price wise but the best in uk on old Omega . Up until recently if you sent an Omega over 20 years old to Omega themselves they would send it to STS . They have done for me in the last two years a speedmaster mark 2 from 1971 , a 1968 constellation and a 1969 Dynamic . All are perfect . ( probably pics on here somewhere )

I need a couple of cases/ rolls for storage:
- a nice one for storing at home- room for 4 watches, though probably good to have a bit of extra room
- Something to transport a single watch in. Needs a degree of padding. Water resistance would also be a plus
Ideally looking for nice enough but not overly pricey options. Anyone have any recommendations?

Hi all, does anyone have suggestions for a nice simple outdoorsy type automatic for <£200? It's for a friend to buy as a gift so she will want to go new rather than second hand probably. I was thinking of something like a modded seiko on a nato but haven't a clue where to look. Or Timex weekender (quartz tho). Ta

And there's nowt wrong with a quartz, but does anybody have a mechanical / automatic / more interesting or quality alternative suggestion? -

A little over £200 although it may well be cheaper elsewhere but I do like the Seiko Alpinist http://www.amazon.co.uk/MECHANICAL-self-winding-alpinist-winding-SARB017/dp/B000KG93BQ
When I've ordered from Creation Watches they've turned up in the UK a few days later. I thought they were based in Singapore though, not the US.

My girlfriend bought me this for storing 4/5 watches. Nice but a bit pricey. I imagine it will last though.

got my seiko from creation, though they are based in singapore.
Arrived promptly (after a couple of days) and no import duty, as they didn't mark it up... -

So nice but beyond my price range for now....
Thanks very much, got in touch with Alsal and webwatchmaker. Fingers crossed doesn't cost the earth - but I think it might be a bit broken..
