Anyone who has been to Wandsworth in the past 2-3 years will know there have been extensive building works in and around the racetrack that is the towncentre.
Ram Street in particular seems like it'll be a nightmare (its currently a fairly quiet road for cyclists) but then they're building a fuck load of flats on it so I guess theres no avoiding it.
Feel free to chip in here with your views but please also submit them to the council/TFL. Even if you don't visit Wandsworth much.
