  • I liked the bit where he showed off his arms

  • Make a professional video.. don't show the guy how to hold handlebars. Noice

  • This is a real cool fixie

  • Proper work bike. Love that world champion tattoo. Would not mind looking as fit at that age...

  • He's only 23. Messengering is a hard life.

  • tru dat - aged 3 years in the year i worked and never was fitter than when i was a messenger... gained about 8kg after i quit :-/

  • He's only 23.

And the first time that pic was posted is like ten years ago so in the picture he's actually around 13.

  • ^this !

  • I've been browsing this site for awhile...this is one of my favorite threads. Halfway tempted to post my bike to see what category it falls under but not sure if this section will get the locals out with pitchforks.

  • ^Readers wives

  • Or maybe anti just to be safe

  • Post it. Just for the japes

  • just had a look at his other videos. such wow:

  • damn.. so much money in it (zipp sugino chris king wound up) and it still looks rad! amazing

  • Just to be clear (as I've said before), I'm fairly certain that the term HHSB originates from a mistranslation of a Chinese trade sale advert for an orange single speed with white tyres and a coaster brake.. so don't go getting too upset about definitions

  • Just an older Pista converted to threaded/lugged fork.

For some reason my gold Nitto 65 post always looks super washed out in pics.

It's nothing more than a screw around/see how many rear tires I can go through/make me smile bike.

    Probably belongs in anti thread.

Yes, I'm still rocking DA 7401 pedals, lol,

  • Probably belongs in anti thread.

Nah, mate. That's a cool bike. Chain could use some more tension perhaps. Nice break from all the standard alu builds.

  • I got roasted when I posted my conversion

  • Thanks.

Yeah, for pure stiffness/ease of use, you can beat threadless. I just think thinner tubed steel bikes with 1" headtubes like my Pista look better with a simple thin quill.

I couldn't stand the unicrown fork so I decided to switch out everything. I'm happy with it. The little bit of flex is nice on bumpy roads.

  • .. Might be worth the fiddy pence to electric tape seat post black, aesthetically speaking

    Looks clean, congrats

  • Looks good. Lose a link out of the chain and ya sorted

  • Thanks.
Yeah, thinking of trading it in for a SP72. They seem to match the bars/stem a lot better.

If that doesn't work, I'll see if I can find my old black Thomson....it's somewhere in storage. Had that post for almost 20 years yet still functions/looks new.
