I've got a pair of black rim Ambrosio Evolution laced with silver spokes to Ambrosio high flange Zenith hubs, but they do have a braking surface and a bit over your budget, looking for £100....

Have these - Didici on Miche hubs. 32/32. I have since striped the paint on the spokes. Running true. Comes with Conti Ultra sport Tyres and tubes. 15t Sprocket. Zero brake surface but front has been used a little with brake and you can see the rub on rim. 70 pand.
