I can't justify custom, as I can see me getting a different frame at some point. I should have mentioned that I do want a dry bag mount, makes way more sense.

Hit up wildcat and get something custom for your frame bag. If you can. I payed full rrp for mine and was happy to do so. After service was great too.
Super helpful and really good quality. If you plan on keeping the bike it's worth the money.
She does handlebar bags too and as for saddle bag. Their dry bag mounting ones are good. A whole bag can be annoying. But that's personal choice.
