kona project is still on - it will soon be upgraded with the following stuff to handle winter conditions even better (and later on for some light SSCX):

this:

-kona p2 disc 26" forks
- magura julie calipers and magura rotors
- wheelset to handle disc brakes: dt x444d rims on novatec hubs
- schwalbe kojak 35c tires
- full mudguards
what guards would you recommend for 35c tires?

those look nice. are they easy to set up? is the plastic molding precise or will the guard try to rip itself from my hands while i'm trying to position the screws on the rods?
