totally, I mean in a game like Witcher 3 you probably wouldn't notice. In an actual shooter, you definitely wood. But the fact is, the hardware can easily do it these days so why are things still tending towards crappy 30fps. It's lazyness, and the fact that console players will just accept it.
45-60fps is perfectly smooth in my eyes, 30fps is noticeably bad when using PS4/Xbone.
I'm hard pressed to see much difference after going over 60fps tho, probably more noticeable in games like COD.
