to be fair, it's 2015 and we're talking PCs. 60fps is pretty poor.
Everyone knows it's becuase Bethseda were damn lazy and just reused a 7 year old game engine. When you have things like Witcher 3 around, FO4 looks very dated.

Oh and attaching physics to fps ? tut tut, that's REALLY lazy.

Can people really see more than 60fps? Movies are half that or am I going crazy?

Edit: just googled. Good people can see 240+ frames per second. Think my eyes are locked down to about 24. For Cherno.
