  • That's normal, no? Cities are warmer due to the heated buildings leaking heat and raising the air temperature.

  • Yes I guess so, nearly two degrees seemed a bigger difference than normal though. Was also forecast to be six.

    Could also be wind chill I suppose, would a Garmin get wind chill?

    I was taught in GCSE Geography that urban heat islands are caused by concrete retaining heat, rather than leaky buildings, but I have no idea really.

    Going to be a cold one tonight anyway.
