I know what you mean but this is just one session. I don't claim to be a sprinter, I'm a tester really so have no real punch at the top end.
You're obviously going for something completely different than me.
It was the use of the word sprint together with 70 seconds. Sounded horrible.
Kinda interesting having a long recovery though.
