Yeah, I've seen his site - some great work. It would cost 10x the value of the watch to do what he does though! Also, I think he's just an enthusiast, from what I can tell.
Some people aren't too pricey. My usual watchmaker charges around £60 for a typical mechanical, and £120 for a chronograph. That enthusiast's work looks top-notch.
