30w more, for just 9s quicker (assuming all else the same)

not entirely sure I was saying there, I blame drunk posting!

30w seems like a lot of effort for 9seconds.

one thing I've learnt is that avg power doesn't paint a brilliant picture, particularly as quite a few times times on 10s this year I averaged 350w for the first 5 minutes and then slowly died!
