I have agreed to buy something listed on ebay (not bike related) outside of ebay, but still using paypal.
The seller has sent me an invoice. Does paypal still have a goods/services vs personal billing thing where if you pay for goods rather than personaly you are protected by paypal?
There is nothing on the invoice to distinguish it is goods or personal other than the description of the item.
