Obligatory "what's that rack" question.
(I'm really asking - even though I don't fancy getting my shit cut up by the sticky outy vertical part.)

I'd like to see the rest of that bike. Looks like so good workmanship.

I really like that Stumpjumper. It wouldn't look half as good with its standard fork and 26 inch wheels. Any more info?

Took y'all advice. Swapped 3t for deda. I don't plan on investing anymore money on this bike. Just got a new job and currently dreaming of hypothetical slave builds.

No foot retention? Does it have a coaster brake?

You need some foot retention man
-
• #12763
I do but I'm not willing to invest any more money on it. I've been comfortable riding without foot retention to and from neighboring towns and around my city. Here's to a new bike in the coming months, hopefully.

That qr wheel needs solid axle. I don't see any harnesses on the rack how do you secure things
-
• #12772
My other wheel had a flat and was too lazy to replace the tube, so I borrowed the front wheel from my roadie (will be replaced when I can be arsed).
Regarding the rack: zip ties. I basically only use it for the box from the link, which I've put some holes in for the zip ties to secure it to the rack. Like this: http://i.imgur.com/kkKWGXN.jpg. 500k+ so far so good.

Legs are strong, and foot on back wheel comes handy before immediate stops, intersections, etc. I climb I bomb I ride everyday. It's my only form of transportation. There's a pair of fyxation straps for sale at my lbs, we'll see.

I have a seized seatpost and need something a bit higher. I've asked at my lbs if there is anything that could be done to remove. no luck.
