Can't speak for the other brands but I've used the ice-toolz ones, seem to do the trick! I've also been recommended birzman tools as well, they look pretty reasonably priced

I've used BBB ones, but I believe those are the same as icetoolz :)

The Park ones are avaialable for under £20, do you really need to look further than that?

I use a cheap PX one. It cuts cables

Just buy the park tool ones. Cheep cutters can ruin any outer cables.

Park or Shimano. My preference is for Shimano as they seem to stay sharp, for longer than any other brand.

I recently replaced inner for internally routed brake cable; all measured good, brake working really well etc. clamped down to cut the excessive router and boom the whole thing frays; thanks cheap cable cutter ..

Get a small angle grinder. It works well on compressionless and you will get more use out of it for other jobs.
If you really want some good cutters, check out CK t3744 currently £16 delivered from amazon.
Would you please suggest me a good but cheap cable cutter?
