Thread management

Hi all, hoping someone can help me. I'm still not very confident with the new forum layout. I created a sales thread but I seem to have locked it somehow - the only thing I did was click that I wanted to 'follow' it and checked 'receive updates by email' - and it doesn't look as though other people can reply. And the icon for it, when I look at the listing in the Classifieds, is a padlock.

Any help, or a merge into a more appropriate help thread, would be sincerely appreciated.

On the right hand side, there is a drop-down menu under "Actions"... in there was an option to "Close" the conversation (for when you've sold everything), and it appears you had clicked that.

When "Closed", the option changes to "Open"... which will re-open the conversation.

I've opened it for you... but that's how to fix it in future.

I've unfortunately done the same thing after being a complete dunce on one of my threads. For some reason though, there isn't a dropdown menu I can see on the thread actions section - there is just a go button, and that leads to a page that doesn't appear to have any options for restoring the thread. I've tried on firefox and chrome - any suggestions for how to bring the menu up?

I've just encountered this problem too. Working on an iPhone. Will try to fix it on a laptop later today.

Trying to reopen this thread as I have another pair but can't get it working.

Where the 'close' option was there's just a blank box with 'Go' beside it. Clicking Go doesn't work.
