That said. My CTL has stayed the same for 6 weeks, but I've gained 40W on threshold. I was a bit unfit before mind, plus totally changed my training composition.
Just a point that CTL chasing isn't the be all, especially as a Time crunched trainer.
Now to find another 40W with load increase.
