Which velodrome is that? The coaches let you ride with a head unit on the bars?

it's "Cido arena" in Lithuania. rules are not very strict over here.

At the UCI velodrome in Aigle they encourage you to have a head unit on the bars - helps keep the speed of a paceline constant when you hit the front.
