I'm glad we're back to 'where I live is better than where you live'.
Forest Gate: cheaper than Leytonstone, equal distance from greenery, 5 minute walk to TfL Rail (Crossrail soon) and Antic pub, 2 minute walk to Overground.
There's not a lot of nice housing stock, and the stuff on the 'good' side of Woodgrange/Centre Road, but round Odessa Road there are some really nice places cropping up. Plus I'll get to the E7/10/11 forum drinks at the Lord Rookwood, when it has gone gastro, in a few minutes.
