Sorry that I missed earthless relatively recently in London, been listening to them a fair bit. They're hardly metal though are they?

Two of my fav bands. Elder get better with every album and earthless are fucking outstanding.

Thanks for the tip. The weird thing is, I never showed him how to headbang, but when I happened upon him that was unmistakably what he was doing. The Metal is strong with this one.

Kadavar were killer on Sat, slightly upstaged by the Shrine. Satans Satyrs got added somewhere so that was a surprise when I saw them listed, wanted to see them for a while. HorisonT were alright, but didn't win me over.

Uncle Acid at the Scala next.

the first horisont album was alright, but of all these scandi 70s throwback bands, his voice gets on your tits the most.

Hi all, if anyone's interested Ben from East London Fixed and I are running Death Pedal starting January 21st. We'll be doing theme nights as we go on if we can make it a monthly or twice-monthly thing (80s, Thrash, 90s, Metalcore etc...) but expect to hear Carnifex, Carcass, High on Fire, Job For a Cowboy, Nails, Neurosis, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Cattle Decaptitation and more. Basically trying to keep it relatively broad. Tickets on sale now.

Also - we are STILL looking for an instructor to take the class. EDGE will supply one but of course we'd rather get someone on board who likes metal. Paid gig so if you know someone send them my way...
